    Norbert Bol is an experienced allround institutional Chief Investment Officer with a demonstrated history of working in real asset investing. Until July 2021, Bol was Chief Investment Officer at Sweco Capital Consultants, of which he was a co-Founder. Prior, he worked as Director of Investments at AZL from 2001 and 2004 and Insinger de Beaufort from 1998 to 2001, as Portfolio Manager at KPN Pension Fund from 1995 to1998 and as Senior Consultant at Kolpron/Ecorys from 1990 to 1995. He holds a Master’s of Science in Business Administration from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering.

Voor Aegon AM was hij werkzaam bij Shell Asset Management Company, NIBC bank en AXA Investment Managers. Flapper is afgestudeerd aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (MSc Finance) en de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
