Palle Ellemann is Director in the Stewardship team of Sustainalytics and the Product Manager for both the Material Risk Engagement (MRE) as well as Engagement 360, the firm’s engagement service facilitating active ownership on a company-level. MRE replaced the Emerging Markets Engagement (EME) that was under his leadership as well. Before joining Sustainalytics, Ellemann held management positions at the Great Place to Work Institute. Ellemann holds an MSc for International Business Administration (SPRØK) with a focus on developing countries at Copenhagen Business School, where he at present lectures and coaches group work. -

Samuel Bevan is an Investment Manager on the EMD team at abrdn. He joined the company in October 2011. He is based in London but has completed secondments in São Paulo and Singapore. An advocate of ESG analysis, Bevan has completed the Oxford Impact Investing Programme with Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and the Certificate of Advanced Studies in SDG Investing with The Graduate Institute, Geneva. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Bath and is a CFA Charterholder. He is an advisor for non-profit impact investor NESsT.
