By understanding the changing needs of different groups of investors, he is responsible for developing new equity strategies and customised investment solutions for a range of investors globally.

    Ingmar Schaefer joined the small-cap team of Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management in 2019 as a senior portfolio manager. Previously, Schaefer has worked for 12 year as equity investor at Delta Lloyd Asset Management and APG Asset Management. He also holds two Master of Science degrees and has followed Executive Education courses at IMD and Columbia Business School.

    Wim Zwanenburg studied at the School of Business and Economics of the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Currently he is an economist and investment strategist at Stroeve Lemberger. He can be heard frequently on BNR (Business News Radio). Before moving to Stroeve Lemberger in 2003 he worked in various positions at ABN AMRO and MeesPierson. In addition to his work as an investment strategist, Zwanenburg was active in regional politics (Provinciale Staten Noord-Holland) and for more than 16 years he was a member of the General Board of the Water Management Board of the Amsterdam area (Waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht). He still holds a number of board positions at foundations and charitable organizations. Zwanenburg is also an active member of CFA Netherlands, especially for the Behavioral Finance Committee.
