He is responsible for the commercialisation and development of the Fixed Income franchise, with a focus on Credit and ESG strategies. Prior to joining the company in 2013, Dmochowski was a risk reporting analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland where he worked within the Global Restructuring Group, providing analysis on the capital requirements of the non-core asset loan book.

    Amelia Tan is responsible for LGIM’s Responsible Investment strategy across LGIM’s Investments team. She is focused on integrating the Responsible Investment process across the Investments team and innovation in product solutions. Tan joined LGIM in 2022 after 10 years at BlackRock. At BlackRock, she led the delivery of sustainability propositions in EMEA including product strategy, platform governance and commercialisation, with a particular focus on active sustainable portfolios across the investment platform. She also held previous roles in product strategy and development. Prior to BlackRock, she was at Citibank for 6 years focused on wealth management products and distribution. Tan earned an MBA from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge in 2011 and a BBA (Honours) from National University of Singapore in 2002.

She held various roles in Change Management, Human Recources and governance-related management and consulting roles at financial services providers such as RVS, AMEV, Fortis Bank Netherlands, BNP Paribas Fortis and ASR Netherlands. As a sideline she started her own consultancy practice Angélique Laskewitz Management & Consultancy (ALMC).

He has also held research and research management roles in Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Goldman Sachs, which provides him a rich experience in the research and management of water and waste strategies.

    Claudia Kruse is Managing Director Global Responsible Investment & Governance at APG. Before joining APG in 2009, she worked on the buy (F&C, now Bank of Montreal) and sell-side (JPMorgan). She was appointed to the German Corporate Governance Code Commission in 2016, and in 2017 was member of the EU Expert Group on Sustainable Finance. She is on the Board of the ICGN, and also served on the Board of Eumedion (2011-2017). In 2016 she was voted CIO Europe’s Next Generation CIO Award winner. In a personal capacity she is a member of the Dutch Sustainable Pensions Investing Lab. Kruse holds a MA in International Management and Chinese and a MSc Tourism & Development.

Julicher studied macroeconomics and finance at Tilburg University and the IMF Institute.

Her previous role was as an Equity Research Analyst in Sustainable Investment at Citigroup Global Capital Markets and she started her career as an SRI Analyst at Jupiter Asset Management. Jennifer has a BA in Economics and Economic History from the University of Leicester and an MSc in Environment Technology from Imperial College London.

    Mathilde Dufour is Co-Head of the Sustainable Investment Research Department of Mirova (a Natixis company), in charge of coordinating ESG/thematic research and engagement activities. She began her career in 2007 at EthiFinance, a French Corporate Social Responsibility rating agency specialised in small and mid-cap companies. In 2009, she joined Natixis Asset Management as an SRI analyst. Over the last 10 years, Dufour has actively participated in the development of unique ESG research methodologies for equities and green bonds, in addition to regularly publishing research articles on topics in sustainable development. She holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Bordeaux.

At SSgA Moghtader was the senior manager responsible for the research and portfolio management of all multi-regional active quantitative equity strategies. Previously, Paul was an analyst at State Street Bank. He has a Master of Management (MM) from Northwestern University, a BA in Economics from Macalester College and is a CFA® charterholder.
