On behalf of funds managed by Capital Four, we are pleased to announce a debt financing in support of Agilitas’ acquisition and future development of Teracom Danmark (“Teracom” or the “Company”), the operator and owner of the nationwide digital terrestrial TV and terrestrial radio broadcasting tower infrastructure network and the sole independent tower operator providing mobile network operators nationwide colocation coverage.

About Teracom:

Teracom owns 34 high towers (>100m) across Denmark, providing cost-effective nationwide broadcast and transmission coverage. It owns the land and buildings on 28 of the 34 tower sites as well as equipment across c. 170 additional sites. The Company also owns and operates datacentres, 3,500 km of fibre connections, internet of things services and maintains networks for mission critical services. Teracom is headquartered in Copenhagen and has approximately 70 employees. In 2017, it had net sales of DKK 274m.

Teracom is a defensible company operating in a regulated environment and has a vision to become the leading infrastructure and managed service provider of critical services and is well-positioned to continue its development as Denmark’s leading tower network company.

The financing for the transaction will close once the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority have released approval.
