    Anish Butani joined bfinance in April 2017 to provide specialist coverage to clients seeking to deploy capital to the Infrastructure sector and support initiatives in Real Estate and Private Equity Markets. He has over 10 years of experience in total, which includes 8 years with KPMG Corporate Finance based in London, where he was a senior member of the infrastructure corporate finance team. Butani has significant experience acting as an M&A and valuations advisor to global infrastructure fund managers across all sub-sectors in the asset class, including renewable energy, regulated utilities, transport and social infrastructure. Prior to joining bfinance, Butani was at John Laing Group plc, the international investor in infrastructure, where he was responsible for leading and shaping divestment processes of their infrastructure project portfolio. Butani has a degree in Economics, Politics and International Studies from Warwick University.

    Bart van Merriënboer is a Director, Portfolio Manager in the Global Multi-Manager Solutions team, based in Amsterdam with prime focus on Private Assets. He joined Columbia Threadneedle through the acquisition of BMO Global Asset Management (EMEA) in 2021, having previously been with BMO GAM since September 2017 as Senior Manager within manager selection, with specific focus on private assets. Previously, he worked for 8 years at ING DB pension fund where he was responsible for selecting and monitoring managers. Before ING pension fund, he worked at ING Investment Management, MN and SNS Securities. Van Merriënboer is Bachelor of Economics from the Faculty of Business and Economics of the HES Amsterdam (currently: Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences).

    Richard Braakenburg is SUSI Partners’ Head of Equity Investments and oversees the deployment of the firm’s evergreen energy transition fund with a focus on OECD countries. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong emphasis on sustainable energy investments. Before joining SUSI Partners in April 2020, Richard worked for Pivot Power, Macquarie Green Investment Group, the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change, and JPMorgan.

Naast het bieden van hulp bij het opzetten, implementeren en monitoren van een science based MVB-beleid is dit team gespecialiseerd in het namens klanten aansporen (engagement) van onder andere vastgoedfondsen om meer werk te maken van verduurzamen en het managen van klimaatrisico’s. Van Bijleveld is Kwantitatief Econoom/Actuaris en heeft eerder gewerkt als Partner/Director bij Willis Towers Watson en bij duurzame asset manager ACTIAM.
