Bas Kragten
Head of Private ABS & Infrastructure, Aegon Asset Management
Bas Kragten is Head of Private ABS & Infrastructure in the alternative fixed income department at Aegon Asset Management. In this role, he leads the team responsible for fund finance. He joined the firm from a.s.r where he was Head of Structured Investments. Prior to that, he worked at ACTIAM for more than 10 years, the majority of which as Co-Head of Fixed Income. Prior still, he was Head of Asset Backed Securities at ING IM and held various positions in structured finance / alternative fixed income portfolio management at, NIBC, ABP and Rabobank. He has been in the industry since 1995 and joined the firm in 2023. Kragten holds a master’s degree in Monetary Economics & Finance from Tilburg University. -

George Nijborg is Head of EU Private Placements & Insured Strategies at Aegon Asset Management. In this role, he leads the team responsible for acquisition and growth financing of government guaranteed, insured credit and corporate private placements. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Goldman Sachs as an executive director in the debt capital markets (DCM) team in London, focusing on the origination and syndication of public, private and structured debt transactions. Before that, he worked as a director in the DCM team of Citigroup, and as an associate in the DCM team of Morgan Stanley in London. George has been in the industry since 2006 and joined the firm in 2020. He holds a Master’s degree in industrial relations from Warwick Business School. -

Chief Investment Officer, Lifetri Groep
Han Rijken is Chief Investment Officer bij Lifetri Groep sinds november 2020. Hiervoor werkte hij 28 jaar bij ING Investment Management en NN Investment Partners waar hij o.a. verantwoordelijk was voor beleggingen op het gebied van credit, private debt en insurance asset management. In zijn laatste rol was hij Head of Specialised Fixed Income en lid van het Global Investment Leadership Team, verantwoordelijk voor alle public en private fixed income credit strategieën en teams wereldwijd.
