Anke Schlichting appointed as Chief Technology Officer NIBC
The Supervisory Board of NIBC has appointed Anke Schlichting (53) as Chief Technology Officer and member of the Managing Board of NIBC, subject to notification of the General Meeting. De Nederlandsche Bank has given its approval to the appointment. Furthermore, NIBC’s Works Council has issued a positive advice. The General Meeting will take place on short notice. The appointment will be effective as of 1 July 2022.
Anke Schlichting was Chief Technology & Transformation Officer and Member of the Board of Aegon NL. She was responsible for business and shared service portfolios, among others IT, Security and Transformation & Portfolio office. Moreover, she led multiple transformations, e.g. the agile transition, cloud migration and IT sourcing. Before joining Aegon she held various IT management positions at APG, Delta Lloyd and Accenture.
