The 2024 Asset Allocation Awards were announced and presented in Amsterdam and Brussels.
The Asset Allocation Awards are the annual awards for the best asset allocation reports from asset managers in the categories: Asset Allocation, Fixed Income, Equities Regional, Equities Sector and Overall.
Again this year, the presentation of the Asset Allocation Awards took place during an Asset Allocation Seminar organised by Financial Investigator. This year, for the first time, there was also an edition in Brussels. The presentation of the five awards attracted a full house in both capitals.
The seminar focused mainly on the outlook for 2024 and on macroeconomic and geopolitical developments and to what extent they affect asset allocation.
The selection for the Asset Allocation Awards is done by Alpha Research, the independent research firm that catalogs more than 50 asset allocation reports from asset managers, fund houses and research parties each month.
'To be eligible for nomination, a report must have been around for at least three years, be published at least once a quarter, and have reported concrete asset allocation recommendations for at least the Asset Allocation, Fixed Income, Equities Regional and Equities Sector categories in the past 36 months,' Eelco Ubbels, founder of Alpha Research, explaines. Ubbels personally presented the awards.
