Didier Boumans appointed as Investment Manager at Colesco
Didier Boumans has been appointed as Investment Manager at Colesco.
Adding Didier to the team further bolsters Colesco’s capabilities to support companies with ambitious sustainability plans. Colesco recently completed its first investment in the energy transition by providing a unitranche financing facility to the Circreate Group B.V. - a real testament to Colesco's commitment to providing bespoke financial solutions and driving change.
Didier brings over 15 years of experience in providing a wide variety of debt and hybrid capital products to support both local and multinational corporates and financial sponsors. Prior to joining Colesco, he was a key member of Rabobank’s Leveraged Finance team, focusing on the Benelux mid-corporate and wholesale market. Didier has been involved in more than 300 transactions to date, ranging from bilateral financing of small primary buyouts to the execution of syndicated loans of over 1 billion euros in multinational LBOs.
Didier holds an MSc in Financial Economics and an MSc in Business Administration from Maastricht University.
