Emaad Sami is Product & Solutions Director Infrastructure Credit bij Schroders Capital sinds januari 2023. Eerder werkte hij voor LCM Partners als Client Solutions Director en was hij bij Citi verantwoordelijk voor de institutionele plaatsing van geselecteerde alternatieve beleggingen in EMEA. -
Erik Leseman
Head of Investment Office
Erik Leseman trad in 2005 in dienst bij Aegon. In de afgelopen zeventien jaar heeft hij diverse managementfuncties bekleed bij Aegon Asset Management, maar ook bij Knab Bank, voordat hij Hoofd Investment Management werd bij Aegon Nederland. Hij is tevens Voorzitter van het Nederlandse Responsible Investment Committee. Vóór 2005 was hij werkzaam bij ABN AMRO, DNB en de Centrale Bank van de Nederlandse Antillen (BNA). Leseman heeft een Master in Monetaire Economie van de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en is CFA Charterholder sinds 2004. -
Gaelle Allet

Gaelle Allet is a senior product specialist for Private Markets with Allianz Global Investors, which she joined in 2015. She is focusing on fundraising and strategy development of our Private Markets capabilities globally, and has been instrumental in the build and growth of the platform. Allet has a BSc in Economics from the University of Delaware and an MSc in Economic and Financial Engineering from University Paris Dauphine. She is a CFA charteholder and has received the 2022 IJInvestor Awards Rising Star. -
Jack Julicher

Jack Julicher is treasurer of NAB on impact investing, interim chair of the financial sector Dutch climate commitment, and supervisory board member of Meijers Assurantiën. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of a.s.r. vermogensbeheer and Chief Investment Officer of a.s.r. Nederland. Julicher has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector. Before joining a.s.r. vermogensbeheer in 2003, he worked at the Ministry of Finance, the Nationale Investeringsbank and Stad Rotterdam Verzekeringen/ASR Bank. Julicher studied macroeconomics and finance at Tilburg University and the IMF Institute. -
Madelon Moorlag

Madelon Moorlag werkt sinds 2018 bij Klaverblad Verzekeringen en is daar Manager Vermogensbeheer, Lid van de beleggingscommissie en Strategisch adviseur voor de directie. Van 2010 tot 2018 was zij werkzaam bij PGGM als Expert Klantmanager. Eerder werkte ze onder andere bij ING Investment Management en KBW Wesselius Effectenbank. Moorlag studeerde Bedrijfseconomie aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en heeft VBA afgerond. -

Marieke van Kamp is Head of Private Markets at NN Group. As Head of Private Markets she is responsible for the real estate, private equity, infrastructure equity, mortgages and private loans allocations of NN’s investment portfolio. Van Kamp has a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management and in Sustainable Development. -
Roelof Salomons

Roelof Salomons is an investment professional with a background in managing portfolios, leading investment teams and running strategy. Starting in 1997 he has worked for Philips Pensionfund, Aegon and Van Lanschot Kempen. From 2019 onwards he is an Independent Consultant working with a broad range of institutional investors. Since 2015 Salomons is Professor in Investment Theory and Asset Management at the University of Groningen. He serves on several investment committees and writes columns for financial newspapers. -

Vincent Lemaître is Head of ESG for Private Debt at Tikehau Capital since October 2021. In addition, he is Member of the United Nation Principles for Responsible Investment’s Private Debt Advisory Committee. -
Xander van den Biggelaar

Xander van den Biggelaar werkt sinds 2007 in de financiële sector. De eerste 8 jaar als ALM-consultant bij Willis Towers Watson. Vervolgens 6 jaar bij Coöperatie DELA, als Investment Analist en Portfolio Manager Overlay. Sinds 2021 werkt Van den Biggelaar bij Coöperatie VGZ als Senior Portfolio Manager Sustainable Investing. In deze rol is hij verantwoordelijk voor de verduurzaming van de beleggingsportefeuille. Nadat eerst is gewerkt aan het verkleinen van ESG-risico’s en negatieve impacts, wordt nu gewerkt aan positieve impact door middel van kapitaalallocatie en actief rentmeesterschap.
