    Cathy L. Hepworth, CFA, is a Managing Director and Head of PGIM Fixed Income's Emerging Markets Debt Team. She co-founded the firm's emerging markets debt management effort in 1995. Previously, she was an analyst in the credit unit group of the Capital Management Group of PGIM Fixed Income, focusing on various sovereign, financial and corporate sectors. Prior to joining the firm in 1989, she held analyst positions at Bankers Trust, Merrill Lynch, and Golembe Associates. Hepworth received a BSFS from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

    Han Dieperink is zelfstandig adviseur via zijn bedrijf HD Capital & Advisory. Hij is onder andere actief voor BB Capital (private equity) en als Chief Investment Officer voor Auréus. Zijn expertise ligt op het gebied van beleggen en het samenstellen van portefeuilles met een combinatie van passieve, actieve, duurzame en thematische beleggingen. Verder schrijft hij boeken en columns. Han was tot 2019 Chief Investment Officer (CIO) van Rabobank. Zijn carrière startte bij Schretlen & Co waar hij van 2000 tot en met 2009 CIO was.

    Roelof Salomons is an investment professional with a background in managing portfolios, leading investment teams and running strategy. Starting in 1997 he has worked for Philips Pensionfund, Aegon and Van Lanschot Kempen. From 2019 onwards he is an Independent Consultant working with a broad range of institutional investors. Since 2015 Salomons is Professor in Investment Theory and Asset Management at the University of Groningen. He serves on several investment committees and writes columns for financial newspapers.

    Wouter Weijand is sinds juni 2016 verbonden aan Providence Capital als Chief Investment Officer en leidt het Investment Committee. Hij studeerde Algemene Economie aan de Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam. Weijand leerde het beleggingsvak bij Pierson van ’83-’89. Daarna volgde 26 jaar bij ABN AMRO Asset Management en rechtsopvolgers FIM en BNP IP. Hij leidde daar achtereenvolgens het Euro Fixed Income team, het wereldwijde Property team en ten slotte het wereldwijde Hoog Dividend Aandelen team.
