    Marieke van Kamp is Head of Private Markets at NN Group. As Head of Private Markets she is responsible for the real estate, private equity, infrastructure equity, mortgages and private loans allocations of NN’s investment portfolio. Van Kamp has a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management and in Sustainable Development.

    Partner in Client Solutions and Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs Asset Management

    Max Ramirez is Partner in Client Solutions and Capital Markets within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, leading capital raising of Alternatives in EMEA. Previously, he led the UK Pension and Insurance Strategy Group in the Global Markets Division, focused on investment strategies and risk management for pension funds. Ramirez joined Goldman Sachs in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an investment consultant for pension funds at Aon Consulting. He began his career as an insurance actuary at Lincoln National in the United Kingdom. Ramirez graduated from Queen Mary & Westfield College of the University of London, where he studied economics and politics. He also earned a postgraduate diploma in Actuarial Sciences from City University and is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

    Menno van den Elsaker is Head of Alternative Credits en Mortgages bij APG Asset Management. Met beleggingsteams in Amsterdam en New York is hij verantwoordelijk voor alle (interne en externe) private/alternatieve creditbeleggingen in Europa en de Verenigde Staten. Met een breed beleggingsmandaat, welke toegevoegde waarde moet leveren ten opzichte van publieke creditbeleggingen, belegt het team in strategieën zoals hypotheken, specialty finance, structured credit, direct lending, non-performing loans en distressed debt. Hij is lid van het Global Strategy & Management Team van Fixed Income bij APG en heeft ruim twintig jaar beleggingservaring. Voor zijn huidige rol was Van Den Elsaker verantwoordelijk voor de Europese securitisatie beleggingen. Van den Elsaker is in 2002 afgestudeerd in Financiële Econometrie aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en is CFA charterholder.

    Norbert Bol is an experienced allround institutional Chief Investment Officer with a demonstrated history of working in real asset investing. Until July 2021, Bol was Chief Investment Officer at Sweco Capital Consultants, of which he was a co-Founder. Prior, he worked as Director of Investments at AZL from 2001 and 2004 and Insinger de Beaufort from 1998 to 2001, as Portfolio Manager at KPN Pension Fund from 1995 to1998 and as Senior Consultant at Kolpron/Ecorys from 1990 to 1995. He holds a Master’s of Science in Business Administration from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering.
